Cape Fear Rum Cakes are made from scratch in historic Wilmington NC, next to the Cape Fear River.
With over 12 flavors to choose from, 20 rotating seasonal flavors, as well as 8 gluten free flavors,
we've got a sweet treat you can sell all year long.
Baked in small batches and double glazed with real rum, they stay fresh for 6 months at room temperature.

We start with a white chocolate batter and mix in dark rum, macadamia nut paste and white chocolate chips.
Chopped macadamia nuts are baked into the top of this rum cake for a subtle crunch of unexpected decadence.
